After hours of work projects, every senior trip needs some fun thrown in the mix! Canon City, the Royal Gorge, and skiing at Monarch were definitely highlights of the trip!

The work projects are going strong on the Senior Mission Trip, and the students are checking things off the list at a high rate of speed! It looks like they might be throwing some fun in the mix as well. 😉 Keep praying for the seniors and sponsors!

The Class of 2023 embarked on their Senior Mission Trip yesterday and arrived safely at Sky Ranch Horn Creek Camp! This morning they took a walking tour of the camp. More than 7,000 steps and many buildings later, they are now ready to tackle their first work projects. Please pray that these students would be the hands and feet of Jesus this week!

While learning about volcanoes, the third graders had some paper mache fun and became master volcano builders. Building and painting were great, but eruption day was the best!

A heartbreaking finish to a great season. The Eagles ended their season with a 46-66 loss to Wichita Classical. We are so proud of our boys making it to state. The season this team has had is something they should always be proud of. They played with so much fire and heart. They played with each other, for each other, and most importantly, they played for Christ. We are thankful to our seniors and coaches, that helped build a program that will come back strong next season. We are excited to see what the future holds for these young men!

We have prayed for them, celebrated them, and loved on them before they were sent off to Dodge in style. We aren’t done yet, join us in cheering our boys on!

The HS boys basketball team will travel to Dodge City on Thursday for the first round of the State Basketball Tournament! The game is at 4:00 pm vs Wichita Classical. We hope to see the stands filled in support of our Eagles! Let's go, ECS!
