
The seniors Career and Life Skills class had a Chopped competition on their last day of school. What could they make with crescent rolls, cream cheese, and spinach? Optional ingredients were hamburger, bacon, strawberries, canned pie filling, powdered sugar, and cool whip.




A huge thank you to our bus drivers Rick Roberts, Shirley Dossett, and Leon Scott for safely transporting our students!


The 4th graders participated in the annual, ever popular, Brain Games! This included a hot wheels challenge, water slide, stepping through a post card, figuring out if paper can support a book and many more. The ultimate challenge was creating a tall building from cardboard boxes. They learned a lot and had a blast doing it!







The high school track team will compete at Tabor College in Hillsboro on Friday, May 2. Let's go, Eagles!

During this week's chapel, the seniors shared about their mission trip to Nashville. It was a great trip and they saw God at work in many ways!



What a season! We’re so grateful for the memories, the fun, and the chance to walk alongside these incredible students. We celebrated the end of our basketball season with some pickleball at Chicken N Pickle — a perfect way to wrap it all up!

Congratulations to Carlie Joe Rohaus who signed with the Friends University music program this week!


The first annual Worship Art Festival, hosted by ECS, is in the books. With five different Christian schools represented (over 40 students and 8 bands), it was as awesome day of worship, seminars, and practicum with meaningful teaching and leadership from 10 faculty members. A special thank you goes to our faculty and also Countryside Covenant Church for letting us use their facilities and for being an amazing host. Thank you , also, to the other schools in attendance.
"I was so proud of our students! They are so talented and are truly artists. What a beautiful thing to see God molding and shaping them as worship leaders, " said Dr. Kaufman after the event. "Today was a special day to see all the schools, students, faculty, and leaders come together and learn what it means to be artists. God has the best plan for these young leaders."




A favorite P.E. / free time activity around the school is pickleball. The ECS gym is home to lots of pickleball competitions!
