Ethan can be found on a cross country course, on the baseball field, and on the stage in musicals and worship team. If you haven't heard his amazing bass voice, you have been missing out! Ethan is a proven leader as a Discipleship Group Leader and Co-Captain of the Scholar's Bowl team. He is a Kansas State Scholar, our 2023 Homecoming King, and is a class Co-Salutatorian! SENIOR SPOTLIGHT - CALEB LANEY! You can tell by his pictures that this guy would rather be outside working than almost anywhere else at any time of day! The basketball court might be a close second for Caleb, as he has spent many years on the court working on that 3-point shot that came in handy in several critical moments over the past two years! Caleb has a mechanical mind, enjoys the rodeo and working with horses, and is continually on the search for the "perfect" truck. He spent one year in the welding program at the Hutchinson Career and Technical Education Academy, and he is more than ready to venture out into full-time work. Caleb plans to head to North Dakota to work on the pipeline after graduation. Congratulations, Caleb! Best wishes as you enter the next phase of your journey!

Art teacher Lori Price shared, "Elias is one of those blessed by God with a natural talent to do very well with any art media I put before him." Elias is a Discipleship Group Leader, a Scholar's Bowl Member, and a four-year Honor Roll recipient. His future plans include taking classes in art or business after high school. Jonathan deserves double congratulations this year! He is not only graduating from ECS -- he has also completed a two year auto mechanics program at HCC and will graduate with certification in Automotive Technology as well. Jonathan is no stranger to hard work, and he is ready to venture out into a full-time job after graduation, while also taking additional college classes. Ryland has received top honors in all three sports, and she has made the stage come alive in her many fantastic musical appearances. She has served as a Discipleship Group Leader, Basketball and Scholars Bowl Captain, and was an ECS HOBY delegate. Ryland is a deep thinker, loyal, creative, and stands firm for what she believes in! In the fall, Ry will be heading to Hutchinson Community College to begin her classes in the field of biology and will also be a part of the HCC Blue Dragons track team. Congratulations, Ryland! Keep your eyes on Jesus, and go be a world changer!
