Congratulations to Carlie Joe Rohaus for being a member of the KMEA All-State HS Mixed Choir and representing Elyria Christian School. This is her 3rd year performing in a State Choir ensemble.
The State Choir performance showcased many songs centered on Christian themes, with touching lyrics like “my soul’s been anchored in the Lord” and “His eye is on the sparrow, and I know he watches me.” It was incredible to witness Kansas' top high school singers using their talents to glorify God and exalt His name.
