National Yearbook Week seems like a great reason to give a shout out to the Journalism class! We are so thankful for the amazing work they do each year!

Wednesday is Picture Day! Individual as well as Fall sports pictures will be taken beginning at 8:15 am. Athletes need to make sure to bring uniforms.


Game Day Tuesday! The HS soccer team plays at home at 5:00 vs Berean Academy. The HS volleyball team also plays at home beginning at 4:00. A Senior Night ceremony will follow the final volleyball game and athletes from both Volleyball and Cross Country will be recognized!


It's a beautiful day for soccer! The HS team travels to Circle to play at 6:00 pm this evening and the JH team heads to Hesston to play at 4:00 pm. Go Eagles!


The Lady Eagles went 2-2 on the day at Burrton and took 5th place.

The ECS Elementary students took a break from the classroom for an afternoon of service! The older and younger students paired up to make cards for the residents of Pine Village nursing home and then worked together at local parks for some volunteer time. It was a great day to start with See You At The Pole and end with service!

Thursday is another busy game day for the ECS Eagles! HS Soccer travels to Wichita to take on WAHAA, JH Volleyball heads to Solomon, and HS Cross Country competes in the Berean Invitational at Harvey County East Park. Good luck to all!

The HS Eagles battled through regulation and two OT’s and ended in a 2-2 tie.

Tonight the HS Volleyball team heads to Hope to take on Rural Vista and Wakefield. Meanwhile, the soccer field at ECS will be a busy place with the JH team playing at 4:00 and the HS team playing at 5:30, both against the Wichita Defenders. Go Eagles!


Mark your calendars - the Elyria Christian School BBQ Dinner is coming on October 10! Back by popular demand, the format will be similar to the past two years. We have two quick and easy options for picking up your delicious BBQ: 1) Call Ahead Ordering (on the day of the event) , and 2) Carside Pick-Up.
