The fifth grade class performed at chapel this morning. Their skit was all about having a heart of gratitude. What a great reminder at this time of year and always. Nice job, kids!

This cast did a PHENOMENAL job with Esther! ECS is so blessed to have students and teachers who work their tail off to perform for the community. Shout Out to Theresa Nelson and Stacey Diederich for the wonderful costumes and makeup!!
Thanks to you all in McPherson and surrounding areas for showing your love and support for the fine arts. Every night was a sold out crowd, and the cast truly enjoyed making you all laugh.

Congrats to these Bullpup Soccer Players who earned AVCTL D III & IV All-League Soccer Honors! Grayson and Gabe are able to play a HS sport with McPherson and we are grateful.

How does ECS handle the cell phone issue? A cell phone locker holds students' phones for the day so that they can have an undistracted learning experience!

This morning Chaplain Lieutenant Colonel Jeremy Bower spoke during a college and career convocation about his time in the military and his current status as Chaplain in the United States Army. The convocation was in conjunction with Veteran's Day yesterday. This was a great opportunity for the students at ECS as they think about their future after high school.

A few of our junior high school students spent their Saturday at the SCKMEA Middle School Honor Choir and Band event at Goddard High School.

The seventh and eighth grade Bible class had the pleasure of meeting with Lieutenant Colonel Murphy this morning for a presentation in celebration of our veterans. He shared with the students how amazing the Air Force is and how we might honor veterans on Veteran's Day.

This staff couple has a lot going on - parenting, teaching, and coaching. Thank you, Mr. & Mrs. Rust!

Powder Puff awards were given out for first team winners and top coach winners. The seniors got the GOAT award and got to hold real goats too! Ice cream floats were provided by Mrs. Lynch and the goats were courtesy of Ms. Goering.

Way to go Brooke & Laney! Great representation in the Wheat State League.

Third grade earned a reward day! They voted and got to bring a stuffed animal to school to learn alongside them. Good job, third graders!
