Elyria Christian School

Last week the high school students took a break from the traditional classroom setting and instead participated in classes of various topics that were of interest to them. Some of the workshops offered included careers such as Athletic Training, Law Enforcement, Nursing, etc. Others included life skills such as cooking, baking, and budgeting. A few workshops involved hobbies like jewelry making, sign painting, string art and archery and some were just for fun and recreation including pickleball, cornhole, and board games. Winter Workshops are an annual event at ECS and are a favorite among the students.
