My journey at Elyria began in 2015, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of serving in various roles, including Spanish class facilitator, administrative assistant, JH boys basketball coach, and currently as the Assistant Administrator/Guidance Counselor. I also coordinate the Winter Workshops each January, have assisted with multiple musicals, and am involved in various volunteer activities throughout the school. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with a minor in Coaching, as well as a master’s degree in Sports Administration.
My faith is the foundation that guides me in putting students first and leading them with a perspective of following the Lord’s will. My goal is to love and serve them as Jesus does. I love the Christian education my children receive at ECS and wholeheartedly believe in the school’s mission. The employees and families here make countless sacrifices to serve the Lord, and we’ve personally witnessed God’s faithfulness when specific needs arise - He always provides.
My boys are very active in sports and activities, and I enjoy sports in general, so my hobbies include attending sporting events, golfing, walking, and reading. Harvest Church in Hesston is our church home.
